FAQs - Serviced OFFICES at THE GRANARY
What is a Serviced Office?
A fully serviced office is an individual office in a shared building in which all basic business services are managed centrally. The great advantage to this is that your set-up costs are minimal, and your monthly rent will include all utilities and essential business services.
How do I rent an office at The Granary?
If we have office space available, it will be highlighted on the Serviced Office page here. Either complete the form and a member of the team will be in touch, or call us on 01942 554007, and we will arrange a time for you to come and view the office space and facilities included.
Is there a deposit to pay?
Yes – equivalent to one month’s rent.
What does my Rental Agreement include?
Fully furnished office (including electricity & gas central heating) with telephones, broadband, receptionist service and free use of in-house conference room.
Can I move in immediately?
Yes. We can set up offices in a matter of hours.
Are there any additional costs?
All tenants are liable for business rates in respect of their occupation. However, if this will be your only business address, you would qualify for small business rate relief, which is currently 100 per cent for all premises with a rateable value of less than £6,000. Premium rate phone calls and calls from international mobiles are chargeable.
What length of Rental Agreement do you offer?
Our Licence Agreements are for one year (with the option to break giving one month’s written notice), but we can offer longer terms if required.
Will I need office furniture?
No, all desks, chairs and telephones are supplied.
Do I have a dedicated car parking space?
No, the car park has 10 spaces on a first-come basis, but the surrounding area does offer ample public parking facilities.
